„Sustainability Innovation Mindset" is an intensive business course designed to revolutionize how we can integrate sustainability into our lives.

This programme focuses on three transformative areas: life-work balance, systems thinking in wholeness, and biohacking.

Participants will explore life-work balance strategies to maintain productivity without sacrificing personal health, encouraging a sustainable approach to career and lifestyle.

Programme fee: 70 € 

The fee includes the cost of welcome dinner and social activities.

Students have to cover all cost by themselves (accommodation, meals, travel, etc.). EU students may apply for short-term blended mobility grants via Erasmus+.

Cancellation policy: fee refund in case of participation cancellation till 26th August (bank transfer fees are on student’s side).

Learning Outcomes

Field trips will enrich the learning experience, allowing participants to observe and analyze sustainable practices in action, further embedding the principles of sustainability in a practical context.

This comprehensive approach, supported by Department of People and Culture of Škoda Auto, is ideal for those looking to lead in sustainability and drive meaningful change in their communities and workplaces.

Course methods

21st-century EWA (Empowering Wholeness Adaptive) Edu. didactic and philosophical model of learning, Wholeness systems thinking, lectures based on an interdisciplinary approach, case studies, presentations, group discussions, peer learning, self-assessments, and a focus on individual talent development.

The course employs a challenge-based learning methodology, engaging students with real-world problems to develop practical, impactful solutions. The biohacking segment provides techniques to optimize physiological and cognitive functions, enhancing personal wholeness, efficiency, and resilience
